Insurance Billing
Many insurers now either cover acupuncture or offer discounts through affinity plans. Andrew Parks, L.Ac., is an in-network provider for Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, Cofinity, and the Veterans Administration, among others.
Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid cover acupuncture only when performed or supervised by a medical doctor (MD).
